What is ITA.TO?
ITA.TO is a workspace for creating short links and dynamic QR codes, managing destinations and understanding link and QR activity. Teams can collaborate with individual member profiles and role-based access.
Who owns and operates ITA.TO?
ITA.TO is a product and brand of OXITI LTD, a UK-registered company (number 15228422). Learn more on our About page and at oxiti.com.
Can I change a link after sharing it?
Yes. You can update a short link’s destination from your dashboard. The same short URL continues to work with its new destination.
Are QR codes editable after they are printed?
Yes. ITA.TO QR codes point to a managed short link. When you change the link destination, the printed QR code can continue directing visitors to the updated page.
What analytics can I see?
Your workspace can view click and QR-scan activity, trends over time, device categories, referrers and available campaign-source information. Automated traffic is classified separately where detected.
Can I invite people to my workspace?
Yes. Workspace owners and authorised administrators can invite members and manage access. Each member has a separate sign-in and profile. Plan-based limits apply.
Does ITA.TO offer a free plan?
Yes. The free tier currently allows up to 50 links, 10 QR codes and two workspace members, subject to the service’s fair-use and security controls.
How does billing work?
Paid plans use Stripe Checkout and a Stripe-hosted customer portal. Owners can manage subscriptions and view available invoices through the workspace billing area. Prices displayed on this site are a launch preview until billing is publicly enabled.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Members can review data categories and request an account-data export or erasure through the privacy centre. Some data, such as invoices, may need to be retained where law requires it.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Links and QR codes are created and managed through your browser. The documentation guides you through the main workflows.
Does ITA.TO already support branded custom domains?
Custom-domain support is planned. The current starter supports ita.to links; we will only advertise branded domains as available once domain verification and routing are tested in production.
Can I access ITA.TO using an API?
A public developer API is planned. Current account workflows are managed through the dashboard. The docs distinguish available features from upcoming integrations.
